This water in oil emulsion effectively cleanses all areas of the face including eye and water resistant makeup, leaving a thin protective film that traps moisture for hours. Milky Cotton Cleanser is ideal for dry to normal skin but is not recommended for use on oily skin with enlarged pores.
Apply a sufficient amount of lotion on facial skin every evening (or as needed). Massage with continuous circular movements to dissolve all remnants of makeup. This water resistant milk is best removed with moist tissues or wipes. (240 ml)
